Hey Eric, being a single mom of 2 great teens, I just love your writing. You must be a journalist. Gosh, I wish all dads would get on your blog, although since I have been dating, I have run into a few dads that feel the same way you do about parenting.
I am new at this dating stuff, recently divorced and couldn't be happier, I know I will find a guy just like you in the future. Kim :)

Eric, This moved me in a way I can't really put into words. I found it honest and hopeful, and I found myself in tears by the end of it. I think when we are connected to the unfailing love of our family and friends, we can get through anything. Your daughter is truly a lucky young woman. And, by the way, the red dress was awesome.
